PJ Walker- Lower than 185.5 passing yards

Walker got his 2nd start of the season last week and almost tripled his yardage total from the previous week. Unfortunately, since his first start he only threw for 60 yards, he was only able to manage 177 this past week. Walker figures to not need to throw much more in this match-up versus the similarly weak Falcons, in what projects to be a slow-paced, low-scoring game. Walker also loses his best pass-catching RB, as Hubbard is out this week. This could lead to even more of a run-first mentality, and the Panthers might even try to get Walker involved in the running game.

Marcus Mariota– Lower than 162.5 passing yards

Though this line seems too low, I like being under this number. Mariota threw for 215, 196, and 229 in the first three weeks of the season, but since then he hasn’t cracked 150. The Falcons have all but given up throwing the football, with now back-to-back games with under 15 pass attempts. Mariota has only been above 25 attempts twice (26 and 33), and this team attempted just 13 passes last week despite being down to the Bengals all game. In what figures to be a heavy running game against the Panthers, total plays will likely be limited. Mariota will likely continue to be either running himself or just handing the ball off for the majority of the game.

Daniel Jones – Lower than 200.5 passing yards

Jones barely squeaked past this yardage level last week with 202 yards, marking just the 2nd time he’s gone for over 200 yards this season (217 the other). The Giants’ offense is going to remain primarily on the ground with Jones and Saquon Barkley leading the charge. New York is near the bottom of the league in pass attempts, and they lack big play receivers to really pick up chunk yardage on the regular. This game versus the Seahawks figures to be more run-heavy and low scoring, which should keep the Giants in their stand run-centric game script.
