Start ‘Em/ Sit ‘Em for Week Twelve

Fantasy Football Start 'em Sit 'em

Start ‘Em

Rashad Jennings

Rashad Jennings’ first game back from that MCL injury may not have been great, but it was not too bad. It definitely came against a tough defense in the 49ers. This week things look a lot better for the Giants’ running back. The Cowboys are definitely not the same caliber defense as the Niners. It was also good to note that Jennings was given a large number of touches which shows the coaching staff has full confidence in him once again and he is back to full health.

Eddie lacy is THE running back to love this weekend.

Eddie Lacy

Fantasy owners who have Eddie Lacy must be licking their chops this week. The Green Bay Packers are going up against the Minnesota Vikings. The Packers have been playing great recently and it is not looking like that will change any time soon. Keep rolling with the hot hands on this one. Any big name player from the Packers must be started; none more so than Lacy.

Mohammad Sanu

Even with A.J. Green back in the number one roll, Mohammad Sanu has been producing very good fantasy stat lines. It appears the Bengals now have two legitimate scoring threats on the outside of the field. With Giovani Bernard out due to injury, there is no reason to think the Bengals will not have to use Sanu as much as they did when they did when they were without Green. The team is competing for a playoff spot so there is extra motivation for Sanu to produce. This week is looking good for him as he will be taking on the Houston Texans’ secondary.

Sit ‘Em

Julian Edelman

Julian Edelman has had a very up and down season. Last weekend he only played 35 snapped. That was his lowest amount of playing time for the entire season. This should not be expected going forward, however Edelman has a number of other knocks on him. He has only scored two touchdowns this season. He will have a tough time against a high quality defense like the Detroit Lions. Another major problem is that the Patriots have been doing a very good job at getting a number of offensive players involved in the game. It is no longer just Edelman, which is unfortunate for those who own him in fantasy football.

Julian Edelman is just getting harder and harder to trust each week.

DeSean Jackson

Prior to last weekend, DeSean Jackson was on a big time hot streak. However, now he has a tough stint of defenses ahead of him. This weekend he is going up against the San Francisco 49ers. Due to his recent success, starting him is not the worst thing a fantasy owner could do this week. Those fantasy owners who do start him definitely need to scale back their expectations or they will be sorry. It is suggested to start a different wide receiver if it is at all possible.

Denard Robinson

Since taking over the Jaguars’ starting running back job in week seven, Denard Robinson has had a lot of success. However, this is one week not to bet on him. It is really tough to trust anyone against the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts are playing like a Super Bowl contender. Nobody on the Jaguars is going to change that this weekend.
