Signed with Ohio State out of the transfer portal in January of 2026 after four seasons at Duke. A sleeper to be sure, this Man-Zone Slot/Nickel Safety has been named one of the nation's top 10 returning safeties by Pro Football Focus (PFF). An Academic All-ACC honoree, Moore was a Second Team All-America pick by Action Network in 2024 after starting all 13 games. He booked 71 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, four interceptions, five pass breakups and two caused fumbles. Rob__Paul: "Moore allowed just a 46.1 NFL QB rating at Duke in 2024 (missed all of 2025)." shared the field during the 2022 and 2023 college football seasons with DeWayne Carter. The Washington, N. C, native led the Blue Devils in INTs, tied for the Blue Devils' lead in caused fumbles and ranked fourth in tackles. Moore led all Power Four safeties in 2024 with a 90.1 PFF overall grade. Highlights.

Weigh the community's read: Fanspeak Consensus rank, position rank, ADP, mock-draft volume, hype, and the NFL team each prospect gets drafted to most.
Omar Thornton and Terry Moore are compared here on Fanspeak's 2027 NFL Draft data — body measurements, position-relevant college production, the community consensus big board, average draft position across thousands of mock drafts, and how often each prospect shows up in those mocks. Rather than one scout's take, the matchup reflects where the draft community as a whole values each player.
Consensus rank is the cleanest single signal: a lower number means the crowd boards the prospect earlier. ADP layers in mock-draft behavior, and mock-draft volume tells you which prospect the community is paying attention to. The stat comparison checks the winner of each metric.
