NBA Props to Target in Game 2 Warriors vs. Grizzlies

Prop Bets Sports Betting

Last week I broke down how I like to hunt for value on sportsbooks for NBA prop bets. Again, I find value spots in players that play a lot of minutes, high points per minute players or players that have new roles due to injury. In this series between the Warriors and Grizzlies, there are not a lot of really good value spots I like. Rather I like pushing the 3’s, points, assists, rebounds or player combos.

As I noted in yesterday’s article, I love Brian Matthews’ daily article over at Oddschecker that breaks down player’s consistency. See below the players I like in each category. This is based on their consistency based on Matthew’s article and also how they performed in Game 1 of this series.

Points:

-Steph Curry:  Curry has 27+ points in 4 of his last 5 games. While he only had 24 points in Game 1, I like him to go over his line in Game 2.

-Brandon Clarke:  Clark has his his point line of 13+ in 7 or his last 10. He has 11+ points in 9 of his last 10. So a double-double bet is also in play.

*Desmond Bane – I was interested in Bane to bounce back in Game 2, but he’s liksted as questionable at this point.

3’s:

-Steph Curry

-Klay Thompson

-Jordan Poole

-Desmond Bane

All of these guys can knock down anywhere from 3-5 3’s on any given night. If they’re hot behind the arc, they can hit 5 easily and even exceed it. If they are cold, like Bane and Thompson were in game 1, you may not hit the 3’s line you need. But that’s the nature of betting on 3-pointers.

You can also target guys like Jaren Jackson Jr., Dillon Brooks, Andrew Wiggins and Ja Morant based on Game 1 and the consistency report.

Assists:

-Ja Morant:  Morant has been racking up the assists lately, dishing out 9 or more in the last 6 games. I don’t mind betting Morant to get a double-double or 10+ assists again.

-Draymond Green:  Provided Green doesn’t get ejected, he facilitates in the offense and is fairly safe for 6+ assists.

Rebounds:

-Andrew Wiggins:  Wiggins has 5 or more rebounds in his last 6 games. I think you can push this line if you want too.

-Brandon Clarke:  Clarke has 9 or more rebounds in the last 3 games. So I’m interested in that line or pushing it and betting Clarke for a double-double.

Which props are your favorite to target for this game?
