Final Philadelphia Eagles Mock Draft

Mock Drafts NFL Draft

Here is Fanspeak’s full, final 2013 Philadelphia Eagles Mock Draft:

4. Philadelphia Eagles – OT Eric Fisher, CMU Scouting Report

About the Pick: Fisher is a pure left tackle in that he grades out well in every area you could ask for. He’s got quick feet, good punch, great anchor and excellent length and size. He should quickly develop into a top tier left tackle who is very capable in both run and pass blocking. With a great Senior Bowl week, Fisher is now clearly the number two tackle and should go in the top 10.

Steve’s Take: The Eagles could go a couple directions here, but don’t rule out the Eagles grabbing Dion Jordan who played at Oregon for coach Chip Kelly. In the end though I think Kelly will want to boost the offensive side of the football with an impact offensive lineman. Kelly wants to run the football and the best way to do that is by ensuring the line is as strong as possible.

35. Philadelphia Eagles- QB E.J. Manuel, Florida State

67. Philadelphia Eagles- WR Justin Hunter, Tennessee

101. Philadelphia Eagles- OLB Brandon Jenkins, FSU

136. Philadelphia Eagles- RB Kenjon Barner, Oregon

210. Philadelphia Eagles- OLB Quanterus Smith, Western Kentucky

212. Philadelphia Eagles (via Browns)- WR Marques Wilson, Washington State

218. Philadelphia Eagles (via Buccaneers)- CB Nickell Robey, USC

239. Philadelphia Eagles (Compensatory)- OT Oscar Johnson, Louisiana Tech

-I like the Eagles to have a pretty offensive focused draft. Though they are making schematic transition defensively, they did fill many of their defensive needs in free agency. Though I can see them still adding some developmental pass rushers and maybe some more help at corner. Offensively I expect the Eagles to grab a tackle in round one, with Eric Fisher being a “home run” pick. In the 2nd round I believe that E.J. Manuel is the perfect longterm fit for Philadelphia at their quarterback position. Later I like Justin Hunter, who is a receiver who could slide in this draft, as a nice size/speed guy. With Dion Lewis in Cleveland I think Kenjon Barner is a really good mid-late round RB target for the Eagles as well.
