In Part I, I broke down my top 10 Fantasy QB Rankings. Now here is Part II:

11. Andrew Luck: Luck is a little lower than I had originally planned to have him. But the more and more I thought about it; there is some risk with him. The offense is changing coordinators but the good news is he has his college coordinator back with him. Also Indianapolis has had trouble with the offensive line and the receivers are a little iffy outside of Reggie Wayne. Luck most likely will have a very solid year but there are more secure options for your fantasy team.

12. Ben Roethlisberger: The Steelers have struggled mightily on the offensive line and this hurts Big Ben’s value. Add the fact he is losing Mike Wallace and that drags him down to 12 on my list. Never the less Roethlisberger is a master escape artist in the pocket and smart decision maker.

13. Tony Romo: It pains me to put Romo on this list. He is all over the place. I hate when players are so inconsistent. We can’t ignore the fact, however, that when he is on he plays lights out.

14. Joe Flacco: “Hey yo Joe! How is that contact treating you?” Flacco is way overpaid for his level of play. I like the guy but he has never put up big numbers in the regular season. It’s cool if he wants to play like a Pro Bowler in the playoffs. But those points don’t count for Fantasy football.

15. E.J. Manuel: Manuel is going to be good. Mark my words. I’ve watched him closely all through college and I think he will be a serviceable quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, and your fantasy team.

16. Eli Manning: Manning could be a great steal for your fantasy team. Manning could also be a total bust. Manning never has a horrible season but plays all over the place. One game he might throw four touchdowns, and the next game he could throw four interceptions. He’s a top pick for a backup if he falls that low.

17. Carson Palmer: Taking Palmer is very risky. He is playing behind a glass house of an offensive line and behind Larry Fitzgerald there isn’t much in terms of receivers. Like Manning he is a great choice for a backup.

18. Josh Freeman: This is a make or break year for Josh Freeman. I think Freeman will have a good season but you can never tell with him. Last year he was just decent. Keep in mind that Freeman is being pushed by rookie backup Mike Glennon. I don’t care what the head coach says; Glennon is a strong option if Freeman struggles this season.

19. Andy Dalton: Dalton is a very average player. He is surrounded by a ton of talented players. He’s a fairly safe pick but not someone you want to start for your team.

20. Matt Schaub: I like Schaub a lot but he seems to go in spurts of noble play. Last season in one game he passed for over 500 yards. However, he plays very mediocre more times than not.
