We have to admit that at some point in our lives, we have experienced verbal bullying. This may include sexual comments, calling names, stealing stuff, teasing, and whatnot. Unfortunately, teachers and parents fail to understand how it can affect a student’s mental health, which leads ultimately leads to poor academic performance.

2.      Pressure of Studies

Long gone those days when studies were easy, but today students are facing multiple challenges that come with it. The expectations of teachers and parents have grown so high that it has become a bit daunting for students to meet and exceed them. Of course, everyone wants to achieve good grades, but the academic pressure sometimes leads them to failure. Today, teachers demand students to come up with high-quality essays and assignments. But the truth is that students don’t have enough writing skills to write essays. For this, many seek help from essay writing service while many tend to plagiarize the content, where students with good skills are an exception.

3.      Lack of Motivation

Motivation is the key to achieving goals. It is the things which can make or break your academic reputation. Sometimes the poor performance results due to the lack of motivation. It is one of many reasons why students are not interested in doing well in their school. Usually, not having any dreams or not setting up a goal leads to an unsuccessful academic career. In this regard, both parents and students should be held responsible. They are the one who should motivate their kids and students to do well in exams and assignments. If they succeed in doing so, then there is no doubt that students will do better.

4.      Managing Job and Studies

There is no denying that schools, colleges, and universities fees are very high. For this, most students do part-time jobs to pay for their tuition fees and to manage other expenses. This is the time where students struggle the most to obtain good grades by the end of the semester. Indeed studies are necessary so is a job to pay for it. Therefore, students find themselves stuck between both of them and end up not focusing on either of two.
