Arsenal finished down in eighth position and 10 points outside of the top four, finishing below the likes of Leicester City, Tottenham and Wolves. This also saw the side lose 10 Premier league matches over the season, which is above what would have been expected.

Arsenal will certainly now be looking for a more positive season ahead and these recent results have further added to this. It has also led to supporters putting their money down on success for Arsenal and a push for a top four finish. At present they can be supported at a general 5/2, which appears an attractive proposition based on the recent results of the side. This has been a bet that has been a popular one amongst fans, so it will now be interesting to see whether the gunners can make a strong start to the season.
