Daily Discussion: Should Team USA be a little worried?

After dominating Nigeria the other night, Team USA went down to the wire and needed a big 4th quarter from LeBron James to hold off Lithuania. Should they be worried that the games will get tougher from here on out? Or that when their shooting is a little off they are more vulnerable due to their lack of size?
