DAILY DISCUSSION: NFL Franchise Tags

The Eagles have placed a franchise tag on DeSean Jackson. The Steelers however, did not franchise Mike Wallace (though plan to tender).

So what other franchise tags do you foresee?  Or will there be any other surprises of players not tagged before the deadline?
