DAILY DISCUSSION: Best or Worst Sports Season or Month?

In trying to come up with a good discussion question for today, I realized that this is a pretty dull time of year for sports fans.  Yes, NCAA Basketball is heating up and NBA & NHL are in season, but after the Super Bowl there’s no drama or excitement until March.

The summer can be a little dull too for fans who are not diehard baseball fans, since that’s the only season in progress from end of June until preseason NFL games start in August.  But, which is the “worst” sports season…now or summer time?

So what’s your favorite sports time of year or favorite “sports month”?  Mine is April!  Let’s see…Final Four, start of baseball season, NHL Playoffs start and the NFL DRAFT!  What is better?
