After the second and third rounds of the NCAA tournment complete, many of us are scratching our heads and asking how could this have happened. In what has arguably been one of the most upset prone years in the NCAA tournment, the East Region has shown us some excitement as well. If any of you followed my first round picks I was correct on all of one (sorry George Mason Fans). With my bracket pretty much on its last life due to the debacle of Syracuse against Big East rival Marquette. Looking ahead at my Sweet 16 here are my picks of who is going to the Elite 8:

Ohio St. over Kentucky

UNC over Marquette
