Discussion Question: State of the NFL?

With the NFL Lockout starting at midnight, how will all this labor stuff affect your team respectively? The impacts of this are far reaching…for free agents, draft prospects, coaches, players, staff and more.  It certainly makes for a sad and weird offseason.  This is a sad day for NFL fans and I hope this is temporary and gets fairly resolved.

But my next question to you is…what is your prediction as to when this gets resolved?
