32 On the Clock Mocks: San Francisco 49ers

It is NFL Draft crunch time! Which means we are going to do a mock draft for all 32 teams using On the Clock of course! We will be using On the Clock Premium or Ultimate GM in these simulations, which you can upgrade to an annual subscription here!

On the Clock Premium simulation summary

Well with their big trade up we know the 49ers are going QB with the 3rd pick, now it is just a question of who. Honestly, I see the case for any of Mac Jones, Trey Lance, or Justin Fields, but think that Jones could make the most sense for San Fran. This team is just 2 years removed from the Super Bowl and they are primed to go back with that defense. Jones has the highest floor of that group and should be able to start as a rookie.
