A. St. Louis-San Diego: The Rams get to move down 10 picks and for their trouble they pick up an extra 3rd rounder. With so many needs and such a deep draft the Rams can afford to move back and stockpile picks. On the flip side the Chargers need to make a serious playoff run this year, otherwise you can expect new management in San Diego next year. The Chargers jump up and land a pretty talented pass rusher. One who is hopefully enough of an answer to Peyton Manning.
B. Patriots-Houston: The Pats moved up in the first round, but can afford to move back here. They still land a pretty talented pass rusher, while at the same time picking up some extra ammo. The Texans are a team without many drastic needs. They can afford to jump up and grab an impact player like Smith.
C. Bears-Giants: New York’s tight end’s are a huge question mark going into next season. Landing a high upside guy like Allen makes sense, even if it costs them their first rounder. The Bears on the other hand get to pick up a 3rd rounder, while still filling a need.
D. Packers-Vikings: The Vikings are looking to add a big receiver, and with some extra picks they should have no problem trying to move up. The Packers move back a few spots and add another pick.
