LINEUP STRATEGY:

STEVE:

I think we have two high-powered offenses in this match-up, and though the Cowboys offense hasn’t really been able to open it up yet, this is the contest for them to do so. Dak Prescott has so many good passing options that it will be tough for the Chargers to limit him. Given that they haven’t had major fantasy weeks, none are really priced up.

This is also a great spot for Pollard to have a massive week both rush and receiving against a thin Chargers defense that has been bad both against the run and on through the air.

On the Chargers side, they are coming off a bye, which not only helps them get Austin Ekeler back, but can help get their young receivers a bit more ready for this tough contest against a strong Cowboys defense. The Chargers star power of Herbert, Allen, and Ekeler are all still very much in play, but it’s tough to get excited about much else.

Josh Palmer is dealing with a groin injury, and the 1st round rookie Quinton Johnston is likely over-hyped and over-owned. TE Gerald Everett could be a bit interesting, he just hasn’t had good TD variance yet, and so far hasn’t had a major role, despite a decent snap share. It’s probably one of the better positive match-ups for the Chargers, and he could be a guy who ends up as Herbert’s safety option to combat the Cowboys pass rush.

MEG;

I think this game is going to be the back-and-forth shootout that Vegas is projecting and we are all hoping for. For that reason, I don’t mind taking a cheap shot on a low-owned captain like Brandin Cooks and then being able to jam in several studs and no gross punts.

I like a balanced 3-3 build overall, but Dallas as a whole offers more value so I can see why Dallas 4-2 are popular and could be optimal. Good luck tonight everyone!
