This injured RT has a HS wrestling background with Kromer's preferred measurables, and offers developmental LG-OC depth. Mills tore his ACL in April 2025, and is out for the season, so he's not likely to declare, but he's well worth monitoring. He was named as the top offensive tackle in the transfer portal, according to On3Sports. Mills has played 2,335 collegiate snaps in 35 collegiate games including a combined 32 starts at both left and right tackle.
