No scouting note for Markus Strong yet — see the full profile for stats and stock.
Enters his final collegiate season among the highest-rated returning interior defensive linemen in the country. His 84.8 overall grade as a junior ranks third at his position group, trailing only Colorado's EzraChristensen (previously at New Mexico State) and Auburn's Cody Sigler (previously at Arkansas State). Will switch to jersey No. 10 for his final season as a Red Raider. @IC_Draft: "impressed me a ton on film. All-American in '25. 4.5 sacks, 9 TFLs, 84.3 PFN DT Impact grade. Average size, but elite explosive capacity, great size-adjusted power, relentless motor. Love his fit in penetrating, one-gapping schemes."

Weigh the community's read: Fanspeak Consensus rank, position rank, ADP, mock-draft volume, hype, and the NFL team each prospect gets drafted to most.
Markus Strong and A.J. Holmes Jr. are compared here on Fanspeak's 2027 NFL Draft data — body measurements, position-relevant college production, the community consensus big board, average draft position across thousands of mock drafts, and how often each prospect shows up in those mocks. Rather than one scout's take, the matchup reflects where the draft community as a whole values each player.
Consensus rank is the cleanest single signal: a lower number means the crowd boards the prospect earlier. ADP layers in mock-draft behavior, and mock-draft volume tells you which prospect the community is paying attention to. The stat comparison checks the winner of each metric.
