These simulations will help give fans an idea of how the draft can play out for their team and give different scenarios to debate. So, enjoy and happy NFL Draft week!
Remember we will have On the Clock LIVE for Rounds 1-3 on Thursday & Friday nights of the 2021 NFL Draft! So you can still draft LIVE based off real-time results!
Las Vegas Raiders:
On the Clock Premium Simulation Summary
The Raiders could go in a few different directions, but I think helping their offensive line has to be a top priority. They made a number of moves in the offseason and their OL will look considerably different in 2021. Vera-Tucker gives them a versatile guy who ideally is a starting guard, but if Brandon Parker struggles at RT, Vera-Tucker could slide out there as well. After fixing the OL in round one, I focused the DL with my next pick. Onwuzurike is a good starter and helps fill a thinner position group for the Raiders. Chazz Surratt probably won’t start as a rookie, but he should contribute and could be a long term cheaper option there. Meinerz is another strong interior OL option, both for this season and the future (particularly if long term Vera-Tucker moves outside). Sage Surratt is a bit of a luxury pick, but I like the value and it’s cool to reuinite him with his brother. The remaining selections are about value and depth.
