Betting on the 2017-2018 NFL Football Season
Before you know it, the 2017 NFL football season will be roaring its way back and that only means you have to get ready for place your bets on the teams you expect that’ll bag you some money.
Considering most sportsbooks have already released the online odds for the 2018 football season, there are some hints of which teams will have a successful season in the eyes of oddsmakers.
Granted, the odds will be different from one sportsbook to the next but you should be able to tell the favorites from the underdogs and make your decisions from there. Take a look at the regular season win totals for each team and keep reading further below for a few we like the most:

Predictions For Win Totals
New England Patriots:
Predictably, the Pats are among the favorites for earning more wins this season.
Currently, oddsmakers are expecting New England to have more than 12½ wins this season.
This year they took on Brandin Cooks along with Dwayne Allen and Mike Gillislee on offense.
On defense, they kept cornerback Malcolm Butler and added Stephon Gilmore and Kony Ealy which can only add more balance to an already impressive lineup.
The total wins is set at 12.5. I’m taking the UNDER.
Pittsburgh Steelers:
The Steelers are among only three other teams expected to have more than 10 wins.
Last year, Pittsburgh was so close to making it to the Super Bowl that they could practically smell it.
But, a blowout loss to the Patriots killed that dream faster than a New York minute.
This year, the franchise bulked up its ranks to help Ben Roethlisberger, Martavis Bryant and Antonio Brown hopefully take another shot at reaching the big game.
The total is set at 10.5 games; they’re good for at least that number so bet the OVER.
Dallas Cowboys:
The Boys might be expected to win their division, but, perhaps not surprisingly, they’re not expected to win more than 10 games this year.
Keep in mind that Tony Romo retired and that they also lost some key players in their secondary. This should give you some insight of why they might not have a successful season this year.
Granted, they picked up players like Taco Charlton, Chidobe Awuzie and Jourdan Lewis on defense which will probably help but it’s still not clear cut.
Also, though Dak Prescott could have a successful second year, a lot of that is riding on that the offensive line stays healthy.
Even while the total is at 9.5, the best bet is on the UNDER.
