Discussion Question: Where does Alex Ovechkin Rank?

Now I think this question has two answers, between Caps fans and the rest of the NHL. I think most Caps fans would put him near the top of scorer player rankings, but the rest of the NHL would probably place him far below that. Now we have both analysts and former teammates questioning him, which leads me back to the original question. Among all scorers (Centers and Forwards) where does the ‘Great Eight’ rank?
