You have 7 days from time of purchase for this Annual Premium subscription to ask for a refund if you're dissatisfied. We will first see if we can fix your issue, which we can almost guarantee we will. If you still want a refund, one will be provided to ONLY those that request refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days of purchase of an annual subscription, there are NO REFUNDS!
