Despite recent reports saying he is leaning toward staying in school, Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm announced Wednesday that he is entering the 2020 NFL draft.
Fromm is the No. 44 prospect in the latest Fanspeak-Steve big board.

At 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, scouts and draft analysts have wondered whether the junior has the arm strength to excel at the next level.
However, there’s no questioning his accomplishments. Fromm has completed at least 60 percent of his passes the past three seasons, including in 2019, when he completed 60.8 of his passes for 2,860 yards and 24 touchdowns and five interceptions despite a receiving corps that lost its top five pass-catchers from the year before.
Fromm completed 20 of 30 passes for 250 yards and 2 TDs in Georgia’s 26-14 Sugar Bowl win over Baylor.
Another big name announced his draft intentions on Wednesday when Minnesota redshirt sophomore safety Antoine Winfield Jr. said he was entering the draft. You can read more about Winfield here and here.
