32 On the Clock Mocks: New Orleans Saints

It is NFL Draft crunch time! Which means we are going to do a mock draft for all 32 teams using On the Clock of course! We will be using On the Clock Premium or Ultimate GM in these simulations, which you can upgrade to an annual subscription here!

These simulations will help give fans an idea of how the draft can play out for their team and give different scenarios to debate. So, enjoy and happy NFL Draft week!

On the Clock Premium simulation summary

Saints are going to be in an interesting position as they move on from Drew Brees. This is still a good defense with a strong OL and some elite offensive weapons. For this draft it was about hitting value. Newsome is an instant starter at corner and helps the Saints defend against all the big play receivers in the NFC South. Moore and Tremble give two more key weapons on offense that should receive a lot of playing time as rookies.

Mond gives the Saints a young QB who is a solid floor guy. He doesn’t have the highest upside, but there is a chance in a year or two he could be a starter. Shelvin is a solid mid-round defensive lineman and could be a rotational piece.
