Arizona Cardinals Team Needs for the 2013 NFL Draft

NFL Draft Team Needs

1. Offensive Tackle (x2)

2. Quarterback

3. Guard

4. Outside Linebacker

5. Running Back

6. Inside Linebacker

7. Safety

The Cardinals have two primary needs: offensive line and quarterback and then some secondary needs that can be addressed after those are fixed.

Arizona could honestly use upgrades at both tackle positions and at guard. I’d expect at least one to be drafted in the first two rounds, and potentially two of them. Quarterback is another need as well, but the sense is that Bruce Arians would be comfortable with Drew Stanton and Carson Palmer for a year.

Behind those primary needs the Cardinals can look at a young pass rushing specialist for outside linebacker and a good young inside linebacker. Also safety is now a concern after the Cardinals cut both of their starters.
