Megan Shoup
Megan Shoup lives in Baltimore, MD. But she’s a Washington fan in Raven’s country! A fan of all Washington sports has taught Megan and her brother Steve resiliency.
Her areas of focus are Best Ball, Daily Fantasy, and Sports Betting. Megan has a lot of experience in NFL DFS and has been playing since 2013. She has several wins and top 10 finishes in tournaments on both DraftKings and FanDuel over the past 10 years. She likes the niche contests like Showdowns and Tiers, and will be writing about all types of NFL DFS contests here.
After dabbling with NFL best ball in 2020 and 2021, in 2022 she decided to take best ball seriously and drafted approximately 50 best ball teams last summer. She mostly drafted on Underdog Fantasy with just a few drafts on DraftKings and Drafters. It was a successful season with an approximate 27% advance rate to the playoffs. The best part is one team made the BBM3 Finals on Underdog! She did not max enter the BBM3 obviously either…she made it to the BBM3 Finals with only 9 entries in the BBM3 contest! You can follow all of Meg and Steve’s extensive best ball content here!
