They were all great today from highlights I saw. But the OKState/Stanford game was the best! 2 quarterbacks that will probably be a big success in the NFL battling in a shootout. I don’t know if they’re supposed to be as good as they were last year…but I think with Ashton Gibbs back, they certainly can be. @steveospeak would know better than me.

@steveospeak – How bout the Giants? Even I was impressed that we managed to pull that off. Feel bad about your redskins, but as long as you beat the Cowboys and Eagles your next matchup’s i’ll be happy.
I was def. rooting for the Giants and for two reasons:
1. Only my hatred for the Cowboys and Eagles exceeds my hatred for the Patriots
2. Someone has to win the East and it’s not going to be the GiantsI wish the Skins could help you out but i have a feeling the G-men will have to do it on their own. I really don’t know if the Skins win another game this year (and we have Miami this week and Seattle after that)
Oh c’mon….Division Rival games are anyones…see Week 1. What you mean the giants aren’t going to win the east?
wow i meant it won’t be the Redskins…haha i need to stop focusing on this game and focus on what i’m typing…I wish the Redskins would win against the Eagles and Cowboys but i’m really not buying it
Yes, Giants or least of three evils so I’m rooting for you all since it obvi won’t be redskins! I hate eagles & cowboys more! So congrats on breaking Brady’s streak!

@gms1006 @steveospeak – So who will be starting offensive line for Redskins Sunday….LT – Locklear, LG – Hurt , C – Monty, RG – Chester, RT – Brown (ugh!)?? Is that right?
Did they sign ANY depth at offensive line? And how long will Trent Williams be out for?no it is Cook at Center , and Monty at LG …and no they didn’t bring in any additional lineman. We will have more healthy wide receivers this week than linemen…brilliant. They are saying 2-3 weeks with Trent, but i’m not too optimistic.
I don’t like that…Cook stinks and Monty is much better at Center! So Hurt is just for backup?
They should have done what you recommended and cut WR and added more lineman for strength in numbers….ahh!!!! So frustrating!
I really hope Trent is back in 3 weeks or this season could get real ugly real quick!

@steveospeak @meg08 Any idea why Ovie wasn’t let out of the penalty box once the Flyers scored in the first?
Sorry I don’t know since I wasn’t watching…but my guess is given Ovie’s rep they called a preemptive penalty
What I’m talking about is, flyers were serving a double minor for highsticking/blood. halfway through, Ovie picked up a legit interference penalty. with 12 seconds left on Ovie’s penalty, and Flyers still on the second of their double minor, Philly gets a turnover and scores. Yet, Ovies penalty didn’t immediately end. I always thought that a goal while on PP = no more PP.
yeah i don’t know i would have thought it would be over as well…maybe the refs just blew it
I missed it unfortunately bc I was working…very happy with the outcome!

@steveospeak – if you’re curious about the Ducks starters, here’s an update. James still seems to be in good spirits but it doesn’t seem like he will play this Saturday – he still doesn’t have full range of motion, and you can see on the linked video that his arm is stiff. I guess the first question is DOES Johnson want to manage Nats last year and should he? If NOT, is Franconia an answer or someone else?

haha,.. I actually considered Grossman since Bradfords went against Philly, but Rice was a shock. He did NOTHING against the Steelers last year

thanks! yeah the Senior Bowl week has been a little crazy so far, but a great experience. That Kelly rollacoaster must have been tough. He made the smart move for right now, but hopefully this doesn’t worry too many recruits.
