Irsay does seem like a dummy! I cannot wait to see how that whole situation plays out!
In reply to - Gary Struble posted an update: Irsay is trying to cover his @$$ so fast about the Manning situation he is stammering. if ever there was a man that needed to learn to keep his mouth shut it’s Jim Irsay..He also needs to close his twitter account. Watched the NFL Awards on NBC tonight! I loved it…it was like MTV + Hollywood meets the NFL…very fun awards show to watch. They made each award look like a music video!
And my two favorite eye candy were front and center…Tim Tebow & Aaron Rodgers! Rodgers won MVP and Drew Brees won Offensive Player of the Year…he’s such a good guy…I could listen to him talk all day.
Ironically, for being a crappy team 3 Redskins were nominated…Roy Helu (offensive rookie of year), Ryan Kerrigan (defensive rookie of year) and London Fletcher (defensive player of the year). None of them won, but maybe we do have something to build on!! HTTR!!

I didn’t realize Michigan was ranked #23…impressive!
In reply to - Gary Struble commented on the blog post Saturday NCAA Basketball – OPEN THREAD: Kansas will stay atop the Big 12 with a win over #4 Missouri. Will be watching #23 Michigan beat #9 Michigan State tomorrow as a prelude to the Patriots beating up on the Giants in the S.B… · View -

In reply to - Willypops commented on the blog post Weekly Blogger Debate – Super Bowl 46 Edition: I’m with Nolan about Gisele. Brady was a fool (and a jerk) for dumping Bridgett Moynihan! But I did like Moynihan’s little knife twisting when she named Brady’s baby John Edward Thomas. If I was her, I’d always encourage the kid to sign [...] · View -

NFL announced there will be Thursday night games almost every week of the season so every team gets a chance to be in primetime…or in the Redskins case embarrassed in primetime.
I’m guessing unless we trade up for Andrew Luck, that Thursday night game will be our only night game.I personally don’t care for the Thursday night games when you go to them. You often need to take off some hours of work to get to the game and then you are way too tired for work on Friday.
I’m with Debs on this one – except for the part about being tired for work on Friday! Maybe because I’m getting old, but I just don’t like attending a night game. Way more drunks than usual. And if the game happens to be against the Eagles, there’s the increased threat of bodily harm facing you – especially if the Redskins would happen to some how pull off an upset. But as BeltwayBoys said, it is exciting that there will be more primetime games to watch on TV.

Happy with this deal!
In reply to - Steve Shoup wrote a new blog post: Nats Win By Playing the Market While not landing Prince Fielder stung a bit for the Nationals, their move yesterday to sign SP Edwin Jackson did help take some of that away. Now Jackson’s impact can’t replace a guy like Fielder, either on the field or at the box office, [...] · View -

So were you happy with National Signing Day results? In reply to - Nolan Mucciarone commented on the blog post Weekly Blogger Debate – Super Bowl 46 Edition: I so meant to participate in this, but I lost track of time with National Signing Day and all that good stuff. Sorry about that, but anyway: 1. The Giants. Why? Defense wins championships. 2. Welker. Victor Cruz will drop an important [...] · View - Load More
