Let’s sign and trade Davis…he’s the only one I think we could afford to get rid of and still get high draft pick back. I really like Niles Paul and hope he works out at tightend!

Can’t believe Dale Hunter is leaving! I was really looking forward to him coming back and building off this. Hope they can bring in someone to build off a decent playoff performance!
me too! i thought he was going to return. will be a very interesting offseason
if McPhee keeps his job while Hunter leaves that is a huge mistake.
i heard mcphee is signed for the next two years. we will see if Ted changes anything. I do not think McPhee is going anywhere. But many other things will change.
obviously not as bad, but i fear it becoming a Grunfeld or Cerrato situation, where the coaches keep becoming the fall guys. I don’t understand the accountability of the Caps.
This is so true as long as McPhee has a coach he has a fall guy.
The GM thing is on Leonsis, who clearly does not like firing people.

Just got back from trip to PA and so depresses still about Caps loss! I really thought they eere on a roll and this could have been their year to atleast make it back to Stanley Cup finals! Such a shame!
I wanted to add that the DC sports curse is here again and I wonder when it will go away!
Caps can’t win in playoffs, Nats are getting injured daily, Wizards stink. Even the Redskins with hope will find a way to disappoint or I’m sure RG3 will get injured week 1….that’s our luck!I believe every championship team needs a little luck to go with amazing talent, coaching and management. When will DC get a little luck again?!
I think luck plays a big part in winning, good question, when will we get some? Or maybe it’s just that Karma thing, if so ours is really,really bad..

Wow, that was a tough loss. We were sooooo close to a victory…………..
That had nothing to do with luck… Ward’s penalty was stupid, but the Caps were teetering on disaster all night… that they almost won the game says how far they’ve come… but too many players across the league think to swat at a high puck like that with their stick instead of using their glove to bat it down… it all comes down to winning tomorrow night, obviously….
