Why on earth would you go for it on 4th down if you are down 2 scores with less than 3 minutes to go? You have to score twice, might as well take the FG and hope for the best with the onside kick. Best case you get the TD and still need the onside kick, worst case you lose the game…

Great analysis. I can’t see the Niners losing two straight home games, especially since they will force Seattle to win via the pass with a rookie QB.

There are way too many great sporting events going on right now, I need more tv’s. Reds/Giants playoff baseball, WVU/Texas Geno Smith and the WVU offense is fun to watch, Ohio State/Nebraska, can Notre Dame stay undefeated, Washington/Oregon later tonight.
