@funnydanny Just listened to you guys tonight about the Reskins/Shanahan/McNabbgate…very fun to listen to and cathartic! You’re exactly right…why did he create all the controversary when the focus should be how bad the offensive line played?!

@funnydanny Really loved your Redskins video! What do you think about our chances for Sunday?
We’re going to learn a lot about both teams on Sunday. Offensively, HOU is really good & many (myself included) don’t think our 3-4 is quite ready for primetime yet. We know our offense isn’t clicking yet so we can’t get into a shootout. If HOU has finally taken that step up from ’sexy pick to make the playoffs’ to elite team, they beat the Redskins this weekend.
I really think the only way the Skins win is if they can get some pressure on Schaub. Zero sacks against a Cowboys line that had two backups didn’t exactly bode well for the 3-4 or not playing Haynesworth ideas (though the penalties helped). I think we need to stop the pissing contest and play our best defensive players regardless of what they might have said or done in the past. That is our best hope of keeping Foster contained and generating a pass rush.
I agree, I think the key to winning is the defense getting some sack, turnovers and obviously keeping the score low! Fingers crossed!

I think it’s the Skins holding Foster under 100. I say that because the Terps are going to get sandblasted like a creepy garage of a cat lady when she finally dies & the county has to come in and clean so they can sell the house.
Haha, I would probably say neither, and should have asked if the Terps can lose by less than the spread (10 i think). I don’t see the Skins being able to hold Foster down, and still shut down Schuab and Johnson. Side note: what happened to the ACC these last few years the Big East lost teams and are probably pound for pound the better football conference.

@funnydanny Haha I agree completely with what you said. I just wish they were able to get one young player with upside in the deal. Thornton makes Jamison look like Bruce Bowen in his prime, when it comes to defense. I like the cap room and I’m always happy for picks. But it scares me when we have a GM who decided selling our 2nd round pick last season because the guys on the board (guys like Blair, Young and others) couldn’t help this team.

@funnydanny I caught part of your show last night, wish I could have heard the rest of your discussion on the Redskins draft/QB situation. But I liked what you said about Dan LeFevour. I really hope the Skins are smart enough/bold enough to take this guy as our QB of the future. @funnydanny Ha! The McNabb thing is growing on me, didn’t think it would so quickly but it is! I think he and Shanahan our men scorned and have something to prove. I’ll especially be happy with it if we can get our 2nd rounder back for Campbell (not sure the likliehood of that).
