    Very dissapointed to see Pitt basketball’s early exit of the tournament! But I think they’re youth caught up with them. I expect great things of them next year!

    I expect big things out of the Pitt Basketball team next year. They are only losing two seniors, and Dixon was never the same this year after the foot injury. They are a young team, now with a good bit of experience. If they can keep developing I think they could challenge for the Big East Title next year.

    Pitt also has 3 more top recruits coming in (though SF JJ Moore might not qualify apparently) and are close with another top recruit. Now if they do bring in 3 guys (either with Moore or another recruit they will have to find a scholarship, but they core of this team will be back next year. Brown, Wannamaker, McGhee, Taylor, Gibbs, and Robinson all played a significant role this season. Also Woodall played well down the stretch for the Panthers, and should be relied on more next season. Lamar Patterson and J.J. Richardson also flashed some potential in limited time. If I had to guess who might be on the way out I’d say Dwight Miller, but that’s pure speculation. Miller wasn’t able to really crack the Panthers rotation despite their frontcourt being pretty weak.
