Public Group active 7 months agoRemix Your Health is a health promotion initiative that takes all of the information and research out there on health, exercise, nutrition, and wellness and integrates it through a variety of social media platforms. We take the “writing on the walls” and help disseminate the information throughout our community in order to help you Remix Your Health. Remix Your Health is built on the social-ecological model of health behavior which focuses on creating a community network of health professionals, enthusiasts, and participants that want to educate, share, and collaborate on health promotion projects, initiatives, forums, and discussions.
