Preparing for REDSKINS DYNASTY!

I smell DYNASTY for the 2010s! Why?

-Fired the team tumor that was Vinny Cerrato.
-Hired a legitimate and ACTUAL GENERAL MANAGER in Bruce Allen (the history and nostalgia doesn’t hurt there either)
-Fired Jim Zorn…nice guy but wasn’t doing the job!
-Hired an OFFENSIVE minded head coach with Super Bowl rings in Mike Shanahan.
-Hired an agressive defensive coordinator in Jim Haslett.
-Hopefully make impressive moves in free agency and offseason and we’ll be in business!

Who believes the same?!

    FS O.J. Atogwe is inactive today, and that could be big time trouble for the Skins, especially as they try to shutdown Steve Smith. Is Reed Doughty up for the challenge?

    Reed Doughty is good for one thing on a football field… edge containment on run plays. He’s quick enough against a back working laterally and is a good individual tackler in space. Outside of this ONE responsibility… the only other place I’d want to see him would be on kickoff team. He is awful to see patrolling any area above the defensive second level.

    haha I agree, he’s a decent backup SS, but too much cover responsibility for him in Atogwe’s shoes

    Agreed with both Steves…he’s a good backup and good tackler in space…but awful in coverage!
    How much longer will Atogwe be out? Will he be back Sunday?
