Fantasy Football Start 'em Sit 'em

Start:

1, Eli Manning, QB, New York Giants
Coming off a bye week, the Giants are going to face the Oakland Raiders who have been an inconsistent defense.  Manning should be able to take advantage of his receiver’s athleticism because they should beat all the Raiders defensive backs this week.

2. Chris Johnson, RB, Tennessee Titans
Last week against the Rams CJ2K had 150 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns.  This week the Titans face the Jaguars, that is all that needs to be said, he is a definite start.

3. Robert Griffin III, QB, Washington Redskins
RGIII has not been a consistent fantasy quarterback, but this week they play the Minnesota Vikings.  The Vikings have let up the second most fantasy points as a defense this year and RGIII should take advantage of their weak secondary.

4. Keenan Allen, WR, San Diego Chargers
The Broncos secondary has let up a lot of big plays this year, and Allen has been on a hot streak the past three weeks.  If Phillip Rivers continues to play the way he has been, Allen will have another good fantasy week.

5. Mike James, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Last week James had a huge fantasy game with a passing touchdown, and over 150 rushing yards.  Against the Dolphins this week expect James to continue to get over 20 touches rushing, and some targets receiving out of the backfield.

Sit:

1. Terrelle Pryor, QB, Oakland Raiders
Pryor has been a surprise this year for fantasy owners, but he injured himself last week.  All reports are saying that he is healthy, but the Giants defense before their bye week showed they could get pressure on the quarterback. Pryor will make some poor decisions with pressure this week.

2. Colin Kaepernick, QB, San Francisco 49ers
Kaepernick has been inconsistent, and most of all disappointing for all of his fantasy owners.  The 49ers are facing a red hot Carolina Panthers defense, and they should be able to contain and frustrate Kaepernick.

3. Harry Douglas, WR, Atlanta Falcons

Matt Ryan’s only real option at wide receiver is Douglas right now.  The Seahawk’s shut down corner, Richard Sherman, will be shadowing Douglas all game and not allow a lot of opportunities for Douglas to put up fantasy points.

4. Anquan Boldin, WR, San Francisco 49ers
The Carolina Panthers defense has been great this year and will put pressure on Kaepernick to force rushed throws.  Another factor for Boldin, is Mario Manningham may make his appearance for the 49ers this week and could take targets away from Boldin.
